Growth and characterization of chalcopyrite nanocrystals: beyond conventional thin films
PublicationPrzedstawiona została sucha metoda wytwarzania na podłożach stałych kryształów chalkopirytu zawierających miedź z wykorzystaniem prekursorów metalicznych. Dzięki odpowiedniemu doborowi parametrów nakładania otrzymano zarówno nanokryształy oraz polikrystaliczne struktury submikronowe jak i makroskopowe klastry. Zamieszczona została charakterystyka wytworzonych materiałów otrzymana techniką mikroskopii skaningowej.

Raman investigation of the patina layers on Hungarian copper ingots from a fifteenth century shipwreck
PublicationWe report results of the patina study of underwater archeological finding ofmedieval copper objects performed by means of the Raman and complementary spectroscopic techniques. The objects were found submerged in the sea as cargo part of the ship which sunk in the Gulf of Gdańsk in 1408.
