She is a work and organizational psychologist. Her main research interests include occupational health psychology (job-related well-being and emotions) and positive organizational behaviour. She is an active participant of the European Academy of Occupational Health Psychology, European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology, European Health Psychology Society and the Division of Health Psychology, Polish Psychological Society.
