  W opracowaniu przedstawiono rozważania dotyczące wprowadzania metodyki Lean Six Sigma w sektorze małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw produkcyjnych. Zaprezentowano odwołującą się do kontekstu tej metodyki charakterystykę MŚP oraz zaproponowano 5 etapowy model implementacyjny uwzględniający czynniki wpływające na skuteczne i adekwatne do możliwości i potrzeb MŚP adaptowanie tego podejścia.
