Katarzyna Mazur is a graduate of the interdisciplinary Faculty of Mechanical and Medical Engineering, jointly conducted by Gdańsk University of Technology and Medical University of Gdańsk.

In 2012, she received the Gold Medal of Gdansk University of Technology for the final result of her studies and placed herself among the 5% of the Best Graduates of Gdansk University of Technology in the academic year 2011/2012.
