Opracowano syntezę kilku peptydów (di i tripeptydów) zawierających inhibitory syntazy glukozamino-6-fosforanu oraz przeprowadzono je w N-acylopochodne (acetylowe, heksanoilowe, dekanoilowe) oraz zbadano ich aktywność przeciwgrzybową w stosunku do szczepów Candida albicans z opornością wielolekową. Stwierdzono, że N-acylopeptydy wykazują aktywność przeciwgrzybową oraz określono wartości MIC.
