Description
In the project 6 phages able to infect P. aeruginosa were isolated, from wich 4 were fully characterised. For each from 4 selected phages several characteristics were described: genome sequence, potential genes and their products, morphology of virions and plaques, host range, kinetics of adsorption and progeny production, and lytic activity against clinical strain of P. aeruginosa.
