Description
The data presents the shape of all the researched personnel risk factors in the B enterprise (which was tested by the author). Further considerations should be started with the presentation of the synthesis of the obtained results, which is presented in this research data.
In general, independent personnel risk factors have a balanced effect, slightly deviated in the direction of dynamism, while the dependent factors are shaped in a stabilizing manner. This is largely due to the fact that, although three out of the five main identified independent personnel risk factors are dynamically shaped, they are very slightly shaped. On the other hand, one is slightly stabilizing and one is balanced. It is these last two factors (legal and economic environment) that lower the average value for the entire analyzed group and determine its sustainable character.
