Development of a methodology for determining Kjeldahl nitrogen in solid samples

Description

This dataset presents the procedure for determining Kjeldahl nitrogen in solid samples using digestion in the Behrotest heating block and distillation in the semi-automatic Kjeldahl Behrotest S4 distiller (Behrotest, Germany) with final titration. Kjeldahl method with final titration is described as 'AOAC International, AOAC Method 976.05' method.
