Description
This dataset contains results of dilatometry measurements of SrxTi0.30Fe0.70O3-d (x=0.90, 0.95, 1.00 and 1.05) materials. The investigation of the linear thermal expansion was carried out using a Netzsch DIL402 dilatometer. The SrxTi0.30Fe0.70O3-d powder was formed into cylinders and heat up to 1100 °C with a heating rate of 5 °C min−1, dwelled for 15 min, and then cooled at a rate of 3 °C min−1. The procedure was carried out in 21% O2.
