Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and Distribution of Relaxation Times analysis results for SrxTi0.30Fe0.70O3-d cathode sintered at 900 °C measured at 700 °C

This dataset contains electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and Distribution of Relaxation Times analysis results for symmetrical cell with SrxTi0.30Fe0.70O3-d (x=0.90, 0.95, 1.00 and 1.05) cathodes sintered at 900 °C. EIS spectra were measured at 700 °C and 20% of oxygen partial pressure. Results converted to electrode surfaces area and dived by two electrodes. For DRT analysis freely available DRTTool from the prof. Ciucci group was utilised. All measured EIS spectra were corrected for inductance prior to DRT analysis.
