Description
This data set contains hydrological predictors used for vegetation modelling in the lower Biebrza valley, NE Poland.
The predictors were obtained from simulations using integrated hydrological model - HydroGeoSphere, with the Hydraulic Mixing-Cell method.
Forcing data for the model were Twentieth Century Reanalysis (20CR) data for the period 1900-2015 and an ensemble of ten EURO-CORDEX simulations for representative concentration pathways (RCP) 2.6, 4.5, and 8.5 in the 2006-2099 period.
All files are in the R-data-set (.rds) format and the R software is required to open the files.

To save data from R to csv use: write.csv function: https://stat.ethz.ch/R-manual/R-devel/library/utils/html/write.table.html
Naming convention of the files is:
(1) simulations forced using the EURO-CORDEX data - nameOfTheModel_rcpXX.rds
for example IPSL-IPSL-CM5A-MR_rcp45.rds file contains predictors simulated by the HydroGeoSphere model forced with the IPSL-IPSL-CM5A-MR EURO-CORDEX simulation in the RCP 4.5.
(2) simulation forced using 20CR data are contained in one file: 20CR.rds
(3) vegetation maps - mapXXXX.rds
where XXXX is the year of the map, for example map1960.rds contains the vegetation map from 1960.

Depth_lengthGt1cm - Number of days with water depth > 1 cm [days]
