Description

The dataset presents information on life expectancy in selected countries in 10-year periods. The list covers the years 1950-2020. The dataset also includes GDP values ​​per capita in a given country in the years studied.

Notes on data:
Life expectancy period at birth in a given year.


GDP per capita is adjusted for inflation and differences in the
costs of living in different countries.


Periodic life expectancy - Life expectancy is an indicator
that summarizes mortality rates in all age groups in a given year. For a given year, this means the average life
expectancy of a hypothetical group of people if the same mortality rates for individual age groups occurred
throughout their lives as the mortality rates for individual age groups in a given year.
