Description
The possibility of transferring 1% of personal income tax was introduced by the Act on Public Benefit and Volunteer Work in 2003, and specific provisions specifying who and how can transfer 1% of tax are included in the Personal Income Tax Act. In order to be able to accept 1% of income tax, first of all, the organization (or other authorized entity) must have the status of a public benefit organization (PBO), granted by a court. However, the status of PBO alone is not enough. Not all PBOs can take advantage of the privilege of receiving 1%, as it depends on meeting additional requirements for both newly acquired organizations and PBOs that have had this status for several years. This dataset contains information about the list of entities that obtained 1 provent of income tax from 2019 tax revenues in 2020.
