Physicochemical data investiganting the properties of borophene obtained via ball milling method with different exfoliants

Description

This dataset contains raw data used in the publication "A sustainable and efficient strategy for stable three-layered borophene fabrication". It contains AFM, TEM, TGA, XRD results, and supplementary information with AFM, Raman spectrocopy and XPS results. Most of the collected data can be opened using standard software.
