Raman spectra and electrochemical data of carbon nanowall with tailored defects

Description

This dataset comprises of Raman spectra aquired with different excitation laser sources and the electrochemical data of defect-induced carbon nanowall electrodes (CNW).

The Raman spectra were aquired by a LabRam Aramis Raman spectrometer. Excitation were performed at 633 and 532 nm;  integration time of 5 s (20 averages) and diffraction grating of 300 lines mm- 2

Electrochemical data includes (1) the electrochemical characterization of the electrodes, conducted in the presence of potassium ferro/ferricyanide redox couple and (2) the analyte oxidation performance, represented by the differential pulse voltammetry experiments conducted in the presence of (2.1) glyphosate, (2.2) AMPA and (2.3) sarcosine.

All file names are self-explanatory and they report the boron doping level and the Ar-treatment duration time.
