X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy studies of ammonium vanadate

Description

The DataSet contains the high-resolution XPS studies of the ammonium vanadate nanostructures obtained by the hydrothermal method. XPS analyses were carried out with an X-ray photoelectron spectrometer (Omicron NanoTechnology) with a 128-channel collector. The measurements were performed at room temperature in an ultra-high vacuum condition (below 1.1x10-8 mBar). The photoelectrons were excited by an Mg-Kα X-Ray source. The X-ray anode was operated at 15 keV and 150 W. Omicron Argus hemispherical electron analyzer with a round aperture of 4 mm was used for analyzing emitted photoelectrons.

These results are part of a project defined in Electrochimica Acta journal (10.1016/j.electacta.2020.135919). In this paper, the information about samples and synthesis details are reported.
