Description
The DataSet contains the XRD patterns of ammonium vanadate nanobelts obtained by the hydrothermal method with different conditions. The results show that the structure and phase compositions of samples dependent on reaction conditions.
X-ray diffraction patterns (XRD) were collected on a Philips X’PERT PLUS diffractometer with Cu Ka radiation (1.5406 Å) and ranging from 5 to 70 degrees.
These results are part of a project defined in Electrochimica Acta journal (10.1016/j.electacta.2020.135919). In this paper, the information about samples and synthesis details are reported.
