Education and training within HPC is a key to strengthening the European supercomputer ecosystem which is to support digitial transformation. There is a lack of specialists in the field of designing, development, deployment and maintenance of HPC systems. EUMaster4HPC project aims at definition and elaboration of new and innovative program of MSc studies focusing on HPC. In essence, it will teach students knowledge and skills related to HPC required by the academic world as well as industry.
Specific goals include:
- successful dissemination of basic HPC knowledge
- transfer of scientific achievements/knowledge
- definition of a balanced MSc curriculum applicable to European countries.
