Agile learning culture influence on dynamic capabilities of knowledge-based organizations: Polish-Finnish cross-country analysis of the IT vs. other sectors view

Recently, agility is seen not as much as a methodological approach as it is essentially a mindset (Denning, 2016; Eilers et al., 2022). Thus, the shared "agile mindset seems more important than any specific agile management methodology, process, system, platform, or organizational structure" (Denning, 2016, p. 13). The shared agile mindset is seen in this project as a center of development of the organizational ability to be agile. This project aims to explore the agility culture influence on double and triple-loop learning on individual, team, and organizational (strategic, tactical, operational) levels, on its dynamic capabilities, innovativeness, and resilience in the Polish and Finish contexts. According to Bloomberg Innovation Index 2021, Finland is the eighth most innovative country in the world. At the same time, the Finnish educational system creating a "Finnish mindset" is seen as exceptional. Therefore, I see studies exploring agile learning culture's influence on the dynamic capabilities of knowledge-based organizations in not only Polish but also the Finnish context as a tremendous added value that can bring valuable lessons. The scientific value essence is the contribution to the body of knowledge concerning agile mindset creation and influence on multilevel double and triple-loop trial-error agile learning, dynamic capabilities, and innovativeness. The core of the project's social value is the knowledge about organizational adaptability to changes. Adaptability skills matter for innovativeness, workplace security - organizational survival, and the general desired development. Therefore, the expected knowledge is valuable for society. From the PG perspective, if accepted, this proposal has a chance to strengthen the international PG position in the world of social sciences.
