Abstract

W pracy opisano nową technikę monitorowania grubości cienkich warstw podczas procesu ich syntezy. Jest to optyczna metoda oparta na zdegenerowanej analizie widmowej tzw. modulacji chromatycznej. Umożliwia ona precyzyjny ciągły pomiar zmian grubości wzrastających warstw stosowanych w optyce.
