Electrical and structural properties of Nb-doped SrTiO3 ceramics

Abstract

Przebadano wpływ zawartości niobu na strukturę i własności elektryczne tytanianu strontu. Zbadany został wpływ warunków redukcji i porowatości na właściwości materiału. Za optymalne uznano domieszkowanie niobem w wysokości 2% molowych.
