Abstract
Praca zawiera przykład wdrożenia kart kontrolnych w małym zakładzie produkcyjnym zajmującym się wytwarzaniem komponentów z blach. Pokazano jak z zastosowaniem dostępnego pakietu biurowego, można stworzyć statystyczną kontrolę procesu(SPC)w małej firmie. Artykuł zawiera wyniki z przykładowych analizowanych procesów.
