Simulation Results of Dynamic Capacity Reallocation in Hierarchical Cell Structure of UMTS Network

Abstract

In the paper simulation results of dynamic capacity reallocation between different layers of hierarchical cell structure of UMTS network has been described. This approach for load management seems to be useful for improving the resource utilization perfmorance.
