Zabezpieczenia antykorozyjne stalowych barierek ochronnych na obiektach mostowych w ujęciu kosztów cyklu ich życia
Abstract
The article presents the Life Cycle Costs analysis of steel safety barriers operated in road lane conditions, located on a selected bridge structure. Three corrosion protection systems were proposed, analyzing them in terms of the cost of initial and planned outlays related to maintenance. Based on the LCC analysis for three options, taking into account the 25-year lifetime of the barriers, the optimal solutionwas indicated, i.e. the cheapest one (the analysis showed that it is a protection of steel barriers with a zinc coating). A case study was also presented. On its example the range of defects were indicated that were found within 5 years from the beginning of operation of anti-corrosive steel barriers, mounted on the bridge structure. The actual cost of their maintenance, including the cost of removing defects was presented.
