Born in 1987 in Bydgoszcz, Poland. In 2012 graduated MSc in Applied Physics: Nanotechnology and in 2017 finished, with honours,  PhD in physics at Gdańsk University of Technology. Since the beginning of his academic journey interested in functional materials, especially in high-tech ceramics. Devoted to the development of high temperature protonic conductors for water vapour electrolyzers and fuel cells. During his career has several research stays in Oslo, both in academia – at University in Oslo – and in industry – in Coorstek Membrane Sciences.
