W ramach przedmiotu zostaną przedstawione zagadnie z podstaw spektroskopii m. in. pojęcia promieniowania elektromagnetycznego, poziomów energetycznych w cząsteczce, absorpcji promieniowania, zastosowanie transformacji Fouriera w spektroskopii. Ponadto zostaną omówione podstawy spektroskopii magnetycznego rezonansu jąder 1H, 13C i19F oraz spektroskopii w podczerwieni i elektronowej, a także spektrometrii mas. Dla wszystkich w/w...
