Jan Cudzik (Ph.D. Eng. Arch.) is an assistant professor at the Department of Urban Architecture and Waterside Spaces at the Faculty of Architecture of the Gdańsk University of Technology and the head of the Laboratory of Digital Technologies and Materials of the Future. He is researching kinematic architecture, digital techniques in architectural design, digital fabrication, and forms of artificial intelligence in architecture and art. His research on the automation of design processes and the application of artificial intelligence in design resulted in the creation of Outline AI, where he is the Research Lead.

Professionally, since 2008, he has been running his studio, which deals with the comprehensive design of residential and public buildings and the creation of investment projects. His works have been awarded and distinguished in international and national competitions.
