- urban regeneration issues in the field of investment and non-investment projects
- risk management and cost control in complex construction projects, a holistic approach to project management methodology
- analysis of the construction projects' costs under the diverse technological solutions
- application possibilities of Bayesian networks in the analysis of causes and scale of cost increase in construction projects (using AgenaRisk, Netica applications)
- prognostic and diagnostic capabilities of Bayesian networks in assessing investment risk of complex construction projects
- linking the Earned Value Method with Bayesian networks
