Description
The rheological characteristics of dietary supplement solutions were made based on viscosity measurement using a Brookfield viscometer, using the LV SC4 - 18 spindle and a shear rate of 53 s-1 (Fig.1).
Prepared solutions of dietary supplements were thermostated separately for 30 min at a constant temperature. After thermostating, the each solution was transfered into measuring vessel and the viscosity was measured at a given temperature.
The data allowed selection of optimal conditions for the technological process of manufacturing the final product.
