TEM micrographs of V2O5 nanostructures

Description

The DataSet contains the TEM images of V2O5 nanostructures obtained by the sol-gel method.

The surface morphologies of the samples were studied by an FEI TECNAI G2 F20 transition electron microscopy (TEM).

These results are part of a project defined in the RSC Advances journal (10.1039/c6ra05695d). In this paper, the information about sample synthesis and measurement details are reported.
