The most important elements of the social package that guide students of Wrocław University of Science and Technology when choosing their first job
Description
This dataset contains the results of research that were carried out by the Wrocław University of Science and Technology in March and April 2016, using an anonymous "on-line" questionnaire. 1,320 people took part in the study entitled "My ideal employer" - students and doctoral students of all faculties of the university (including those fields of study not strictly defined as technical, such as economics or management). The dominant group of surveyed students were full-time studies - 97% of people. Moreover, 43% of the participants were women and 57% were men. The social package that is taken into account when choosing an employer is private medical care. In the second place, the respondents indicated a gym or a sports and recreational facility pass. Subsequent indications concerned, in turn, reimbursement of employee meals, life insurance and tickets for cultural and entertainment events. Interestingly, the respondents in the last place indicated the presence of a nursery or kindergarten at the workplace. This, in turn, may mean that graduates do not consider as important the issue of raising children and facilitating the employer. It may be that solutions concerning this aspect may find interest only among people who will gain several years of professional experience.
