Abstract

Opisano syntezę nowych koniugatów MDP i nor-MDP z pochodnymi tuftsyny i retro-tuftsyny zawierającymi wiązanie izopeptydowe pomiędzy epsilon-aminową grupą lizyny, a karboksylową grupą Ala, Gly czy Val. Zbadano ich aktywność biologiczną, m.in. profil cytokinowy.
