Abstract
The aim of the paper is to present the conceptual description of fuzzy model representing the Polish Internet mortgage market. The first part of the paper consists of assessment and verification of model variables which are important for the Polish Internet Mortgage Market. This process begins with the initial set of variables which was used previously for the rule based model of the same market. As numerous aspects of the market cannot be presented in the crisp manner represented by hard mathematical approaches, it became very important for the model to implement fuzzy variables and membership functions, which are instrumental for the correct model functioning and the quality and adequacy of its results. In the second part of the paper we present the model fuzzyficiation process.As the result of complete fuzzyfication process, the paper concludes with the fuzzy model of the Polish Internet mortgage. This research step is supposed to provide the modernized framework for the complete version of fuzzy model of the case. All main techniques of fuzzyfing the market are presented and tested at the conceptual stage. In the future research step the model will be verified using over 17000 records describing past experience related to selling mortgages on the Polish market.
