  Przedstawiono dwie metody dyskretne do opisu zachowania się materiałów kruchych i granulowanych. W pierwszym przypadku zastosowano model kratownicowy,natomiast w drugim przypadku model aparatu komórkowego. Wyniki symulacji porównano z wynikami doświadczalnymi.

  W artykule przedstawiono wyniki pomiarów lokalizacji odkształceń w materiałach granulowanych i kruchych przy zastosowaniu cyfrowej techniki korelacji obrazu. Doświadczenia wykonano dla przepływu silosowego (materiały granulowane) i zginanych belek betonowych (materiały kruche).
