  Zaprezentowano nowy, spójny fizycznie nie-quasi-statyczny model małosygnałowy tranzystora MOS słuszny od 0 Hz aż do częstotliwości mikrofalowych. Scharakteryzowano właściwości nowego czterokońcówkowego modelu. Model został zweryfikowany eksperymentalnie aż do częstotliwości 27 GHz.
