Opis
In compiled by A.T. Kearney in subsequent editions of the ranking (2009, 2011, 2016, 2019), the first three positions were taken by the same countries. India received the highest marks with a clear advantage. The country is a world leader in terms of attractiveness for locating business service centers. India can offer English-speaking skilled labor that no other low-cost countries can match. In march 2018, India was hosting more than 1140 global in-house captive centers, which allow almost half of the top 500 global companies to work in India. The next place was taken by China, which is second to India primarily in terms of financial attractiveness. Malaysia was ranked third, second only to India and China in terms of people skills and availability. Places 4-5 went to Indonesia and Vietnam. In turn, the 6th position was taken by the USA as the first country from outside Asia. Compared to the previous edition of the ranking, the USA moved up by 16 positions and was in the top ten of the ranking, thanks to best-in-Index performance in the new digital resonance category. Automation is being rapidly implemented in onshore centers in the United States.
The first European country in this ranking is United Kingdom (position 8). In turn, countries from continental Europe took positions 12 (Estonia), 15 (Germany), 16 (Lithuania), 17 (Bulgaria), 18 (Russia), 20 (Ukraine) and 21 (Latvia). Poland was on the 24th position in the ranking. This means a decrease by 14 places compared to the result in the 2016 ranking.
Poland competes directly with countries located in Central and Eastern Europe for potential investors. In comparison with the countries of the region, Poland fared worse, mainly in terms of financial attractiveness, with a similar level of other factors.
