The DataSet contains guided wave signals measured in additively manufactured samples (plates with the dimensions of 180 x 100 x 3 mm3, made from PLA filament) using scanning laser Doppler vibrometry. The samples were as follows: #1 – with defects visible at the surface; #2 – with internal defects.

The measurements of guided waves were performed using the laser vibrometer PSV-3D-400-M (Polytec GmbH) equipped with a VD-07 velocity decoder. The elastic waves were excited using the plate piezoelectric actuator NAC2024 (Noliac). The excitation was a five-cycle wave packet obtained by Hann windowing of a sinusoidal burst with different central frequencies, separatelty, in consecutive measurements: 100 kHz, 200 kHz, and 300 kHz for sample #1 and 100 kHz and 200 kHz for sample #2. Guided wave signals were collected in 87 x 47 = 4089 points distributed on the top surface of the plate.

Wave propagation signals for samples #1 to #2 are given in (.csv) files, individually for each excitation frequency. Each file consists of 4090 columns. In the 1st column, time vector (in s) is given. In columns from 2nd to 4090th wave time histories (in m/s) measured in 4089 points are contained.
