Abstrakt

ABSTRACT: The article presents an introduction to the concept of the roles in different teams based on the available literature on the subject. The article describes comprehensive approach to different roles that create efficient international teams that can be used in management practice. The publication begins with an indication of communication in the light of current literature on the subject. For the purposes of the article, a case study was conducted in the period November 2023 - February 2024. The essence of the study is, first of all, to increase the awareness among managers of the existence and application of different roles in a team. The entire publication is summarized by the conclusion and a list of literature.
