Two‐functional μBIST for Testing and Self‐Diagnosis of Analog Circuits in Electronic Embedded Systems
PublicationThe paper concerns the testing of analog circuits and blocks in mixed‐signal Electronic Embedded Systems (EESs), using the Built‐in Self‐Test (BIST) technique.
