Effects of Raw and Thermally Processed Spent Coffee Grounds on Miscanthus × giganteus Plantation: soil parameters

Description

This dataset includes the results of elemental analysis of marginal soil and spent coffee grounds utilized in the pot scale experiment with Miscanthus giganteus. Furthermore, soil samples were taken following a 42-day medium-term screening of Miscanthus plants in marginal soil with different ratios of soil amendments (for biochar made from spent coffee grounds: 2.5%, 10%, and 30% v/v, and for spent coffee grounds: 10%, 20%, and 50%).

The multi-elemental composition was determined using non-destructive analytical method: X-ray fluorescence (XRF, Titan S1, Bruker, USA).
