High resolution XPS analysis of BDD electrode functionalization steps towards SARS-CoV-2 detection

Description

This dataset contains the results of the high-resolution XPS analyses of a set of boron-doped diamond (BDD) electrodes after consecutive functionalization steps toward anchoring of a receptor capable of SARS-CoV-2 virus detection. The analysis was carried out in the binding energy range of C1s, N1s, O1s, Ni2p3/2. The measurements were carried out on Escalab 250Xi spectroscope (Thermofisher Scientific). The dataset requires the use of Avantage software to work (ThermoFisher Scientific).

The steps are: reference bare electrode (label: bare), self-organized monolayer with COOH surface groups (label: 74), after EDC\NHS chemistry (label: 75), after NTA-NH2 (label: 76), after Ni-NH2 (label: 77), after ACE2 receptor anchoring (label: 78). The details of the modification and measurement are presented in the publication  (https://chemrxiv.org/engage/chemrxiv/article-details/6225c07c7c13f42dc16a0836).
