Performance of Haemophilus influenzae impedimetric biosensors based on screen-printed carbon electrodes (SPCE) with boron-doped diamond foils
Description
This dataset contains electrochemical impedance spectroscopy studies of SPCE electrodes containing boron-doped diamond BDD foils and functionalized towards detection of Protein D and Haemophilus influenzae.
Studies were performed at different steps of modifications: "czysta" - before functionalization, "modyfikacja" with linker, "przeciwciała" with receptor grafted, "BSA" after covering with bovine serum albumine, "PBS" measurement in reference electrolyte and "detekcja" measurement at different analyte concentration.
These results are part of the manuscript published in Microchimica Acta (https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s00604-023-05991-w). The aim of this research was to fabricate SPCE with boosted electrochemical performance and use if for applied electrochemical biosensor.
