Description
The literature widely states that agility is not as much an issue of the technological-methodological management approach as it is an issue of an employee’s mindset. Given that leaders play a pivotal role in any organization, this study underscores the crucial role of the agile mindset of leaders. It aims to uncover how agile mindset leaders influence the agility of their organizations as well as the interrelations between their agile and non-agile mindset followers. This study employs a mixed methods approach to delve into these complex relationships. The qualitative stage is based on thematic analysis through abductive reasoning. The qualitative stage delivers new, prereferral insights regarding agile leader mindset and agile organizations, and it is based on 85 interviews (41 from Poland and 44 from Finland). This script delivers transcripts of the qualitative stage of the project.
