Description
Raw data for XRD diffractograms of MAX phases: V2AlC and Mo3AlC2 and corresponding MXenes after selective etching of Al.
MAX matrices (V2AlC and Mo3AlC2) were purchased from Luoyang Tongrun Info Technology, China.
MXenes were prepared via selective etching of aluminium using hydrofluoric acid (40%) for 96 h at room temperature. After the etching, the powders were flirted, washed with water and ethanol until pH reached 6. Then, the MXenes were dried under vacuum at 50˚C for 24 h.
