XRD diffraction patterns for strontium ferrite molybdate-based compounds: as-prepared, reduced and reoxidized

Description

The dataset contains the XRD diffractograms collected at room temperature for SFM, LSFM and SFMNb in 3 different oxidation states, namely: as-prepared, reduced and reoxidized.

The powders were synthesized by the Pechini method from nitrates mostly (chloride for Nb precursor, and ammonium molybdate for Mo). The obtained gel was calcined at 1100 deg. C for 10 h, then material was ground and underwent XRD analysis on BRUKER D2 PHASER XE-T operating with Cu-KAlpha radiation. Then the powders were reduced in the flow of pure hydrogen. The reductive atmosphere were kept from the RT until the end of the reduction. The reduction temperature was 800 deg. C with the 4h of hold at peak temperature. After reduction, XRD measurements were repeated. Lastly, the reduced powders were reoxidized in air for 4 h at 800 deg. C. Reoxidized samples were analyzed by XRD.

The dataset contains 3 respective folders. Files in them are both *.raw format, which can be opened e.g.  by HighScore, and also the one exported to *.asc, which don't require additional proffesional software.
