The morphology of V2O5 nanostructures deposited on quartz glass

Description

The DataSet contains the confocal microscope images of morphology evolution of vanadium pentaoxide nanostructures on quartz glass obtained by annealing as-prepared films at 500C and 600C under synthetic air.

An Olympus LEXT OLS4000 confocal scanning laser microscope (CSLM, Olympus Life Science, Hamburg, Germany ) was used to examine the morphology of as-quenched surfaces and polished surfaces of samples. 3D color images were obtained using a 405 nm laser and photomultiplier detector with the maximum obtained optical magnification of 2160x.

These results are part of a project defined in the Journal of Nanomaterials. In this paper, information about as-prepared film preparation is reported.
