Abstract
W pracy przedstawiono temperaturową zależność oporu elektrycznego kryształów i cienkich warstw związku Nd2CuO4. Dyskutowany jest wpływ temperatury i atmosfery dodatkowej obróbki termicznej na własności transportowe.
