Abstract
Zmierzyć niemierzalne: funkcjonalność systemu, satysfakcja użytkownika a zarządzanie jakością.W artykule przedyskutowano możliwości opracowania nowego podejścia badawczego łączącego badania funkcjonalności, badania konsumenckie oraz wybrane techniki zarządzania jakością. Perspektywa badań konsumenckich jest postrzegana jako szczególnie obiecująca w kontekście rozwijającego się rynku produktów interaktywnych oraz dalszego rozwoju interakcji człowiek komputer (HCI - Human Interaction) jako dyscypliny naukowej.
