Metoda wytwarzania mikroczujników i elektrod elektrochemicznych przez selektywny wzrost polikrystalicznych warstw diamentowych maskowany warstwami dwutlenku krzemu

Abstract

Opisano wytwarzanie matrycy mikroelektrod wykonanych z diamentu domieszkowanego borem do zastosowań w czujnikach elektrochemicznych. Praca jest podzielona na 8 rozdziałów. W pierwszym rozdziale opisano cele i motywacje do stworzenia diamentowych matryc. Następnie opisano zalety mikroelektrod i przedstawiony aktualny stan wiedzy dotyczący syntezy polikrystalicznych diamentowych elektrod. Przedstawiono metody do określenia morfologii powierzchni, jakości diamentu, grubość struktur i rezystywności warstw. Do określenia powyższych elementów wykorzystano analizy mikroskopem elektronowym, mikroskopem sił atomowych, sondą 4-ostrzowa i analizę elektryczną z wykorzystaniem linii transmisyjnej. Oprócz tego przedstawiono zastosowanie spektroskopii Ramana do analizy stosunku faz z hybrydyzacją orbitali sp3 i sp2 w warstwach węglowych, a także cykliczną woltamperometrię do detekcji żelazocyjanków witaminy C i paracetamolu. W rozdziałach od piątego do siódmego zaprezentowane projekt, przygotowanie materiałów, wytworzenie i analizę właściwości stworzonych matryc elektrod. W piątym rozdziale opisano różne metody zarodkowania nie-diamentowych podłoży do wzrostu diamentu. W rozdziale siódmym opisano badanie właściwości elektrycznych struktur diamentowych z wykorzystaniem linii transmisyjnej i porównano je do wartości warstw. Przeprowadzono również procesy elektrochemiczne, do określenia okna elektrochemicznego i pojemności elektrod. Przeprowadzono detekcję żelazocyjanków, witaminy C i paracetamolu.
