Abstract

Civilisation generates many problems connected with job, which cannot be resolved by one field of science that deals with matters fragmentarily, only from its own point of view. Ergonomics, i.e. synthetic knowledge about job, can solve these problems by using the resources of many fields, e.g. physiology, psychology, technical science or economy. The achievements of these fields are used in ergonomics and thus problems connected with human beings and job can be solved comprehensively.Upon realising various projects we sometimes have to reject certain solutions due to strictly technical reasons and lack of knowledge, or due to economic reasons and limitations, or sometimes due to haste and will to overtake the competitors.Organisational sciences can be helpful in taking decisions on the scope of rationalisations, especially in corrective ergonomics. The article presents selected organisational methods of choosing the range and correction sequence in the process of designing factors describing a job. The case study refers to a computer stand.streszczenie polskieRealizując projekty spotykamy się niejednokrotnie z koniecznością odrzucenia pewnych rozwiązań czy to ze względów czysto technicznych i braku wiedzy lub ekonomicznych i ograniczenia środków, a nieraz z pośpiechu i chęci wyprzedzenia konkurencji.Pomocą w podejmowaniu decyzji, co do zakresu usprawnień, szczególnie w ergonomii korekcyjnej, mogą być nauki organizatorskie. W artykule przedstawiono wybrane metody organizatorskie w zastosowaniu do wyboru zakresu i kolejności poprawy w procesie projektowania czynników opisujących stanowisko pracy. Przykład oparto na stanowisku komputerowym.
